Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst with strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Finance & Operations (F&O) . The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and D365 functional/technical teams to translate business requirements into effective D365 F&O solutions, ensuring seamless integration between supply chain and finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage with business users across procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and finance to gather and analyse requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to understand current-state and future-state processes .
  • Translate business requirements into functional design documents (FDD/FRD) and process flows.
