As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Functional Consultant , you will gain an in-depth understanding of our target industry and become a subject matter expert in the Business Central solutions developed by InnoVites, particularly for the wire and cable industry . You will take ownership of InnoVites-specific BC extensions and configurations and collaborate closely with implementation partners and customers globally.

The role requires strong hands-on involvement in client engagement, solution design, and implementation , ensuring industry best practices are effectively implemented. You will also play a key role in training, user adoption, and post-go-live support , conducting workshops and contributing to training documentation.

·      Continuously enhance understanding of key business processes within the wire and cable industry

·      Work closely with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and understand the customer’s technical environment

·      Hands-on implementation of CableERP based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

·      Manage end-to-end functional implementation activities , including:

o  Project scoping

o  Business process analysis

o  Solution design

o  Functional documentation

o  System configuration and setup in Business Central

o  Functional testing and UAT support

o  User mentoring and training

o  Go-live and post-go-live support

·      Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and user guides

·      Ensure solution quality, usability, and functional compliance with business requirements

·      Provide functional inputs and recommendations for the product roadmap of the CableERP Business Central solution

·      Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external implementation partners worldwide

·      Minimum 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects

·      Hands-on experience with end-to-end ERP implementations , preferably in manufacturing and distribution environments

·      Strong functional knowledge of Business Central modules , including:

o  Manufacturing

o  Supply Chain / Inventory

o  Sales & Distribution

o  Finance (basic to intermediate)

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a structured approach

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including face-to-face consulting and workshops

·      Strong project coordination and time-management skills

·      Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities

·      Willingness to travel internationally as required

·      Microsoft Certification in:

o  Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant

·      Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
