Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, customization, and development of Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
• Architect and develop customizations for Dynamics 365 CE using plugins, custom workflows, actions, Power Automate, JavaScript, and Power Apps.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Custom Connectors.
• Design and implement robust Dataverse solutions, including the creation of custom entities, complex forms, views, dashboards, and comprehensive security roles.
• Define and execute data migration strategies using tools such as KingswaySoft, SSIS, or other ETL platforms, ensuring data integrity and quality.
