Roles and Responsibilities
Architecture & Platform Design
- Design and own an end-to-end Marketing Intelligence architecture leveraging:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Dataverse, Customer Insights, Journeys)
- Azure Data Lake–based enterprise data platforms
- Define clear system boundaries and responsibilities across:
Dynamics 365 & Customer Insights
- Architect and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions with strong emphasis on:
- Customer Insights – Data (CDP)
- Customer Insights – Journeys (marketing orchestration)
- Design and manage:
