• Strong experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Contact Centre solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform Admin Centre).
• Understanding of Azure services relevant to CCaaS (Azure communication Services, Event Grid).
