Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Techno-Functional Consultant))

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in requirement gathering, solution design, customization, and end-to-end implementation. The role bridges business needs with technical delivery using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements with stakeholders
• Translate requirements into functional and technical designs
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
• Develop solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Support integrations, data migration, and third-party connectors
• Prepare design documents, test cases, and support UAT and go-live
• Ensure best practices, security, performance, and compliance

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Online/On-Prem)
