Job Description

We’re looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to drive the technical evolution of our customer service platforms. You’ll play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing our Dynamics 365 Contact Center environment, integrating cutting-edge AI tools, and ensuring seamless system performance.


Possible locations: Berlin, Amsterdam, Heerenveen, Verl, Baden-Baden, or Münster


Your responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable configurations within Dynamics 365 Contact Center, focusing on performance, reliability, and user experience.

  • Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows, custom connectors, and integrations with backend systems.

  • Deploy and fine-tune AI-driven tools such as Copilot, chatbots, and virtual agents to enhance customer interactions.
