Job Description

We're looking for a Dynamics 365 CE + Power Automate Desktop Consultant to design, configure, and implement solutions across the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform; while also developing automation workflows using Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop. This role blends CRM functional consulting with RPA/automation expertise to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements-gathering workshops focused on business processes within Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, or related modules).
  • Design, configure, and customize CE components: entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and processes.
  • Build automation solutions using:

Power Automate (Cloud) for system-to-system automation

Power Automate Desktop for RPA, UI-based automation, and legacy system interactions.

  • Analyze manual or repetitive processes and propose automation strategies.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with external systems using Dataverse, connectors, and custom integrations when needed.
  • Create functional/technical documentation, process flows, solution designs, and user guides.
  • Stay updated on new features across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and RPA technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, or related workloads).
  • Hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, and business rules.
  • Strong experience building automation with Power Automate (Cloud Flows).
  • Practical experience with Power Automate Desktop (RPA), including:

UI automation

Desktop actions

Data handling

Error handling and exceptions

  • Understanding of Dataverse schema, relationships, and data modeling.
  • Ability to capture business requirements and translate them into functional and automation solutions.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
