Contract: 12 months contract + Extension
Location: Malaga, Spain
We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (CSW) Consultant for our client that is in the banking sector in Malaga.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace (CSW) (mandatory).
Design and implement Omnichannel solutions within Dynamics 365.
Work with the Unified Client Interface (UCI).
Develop and customize Dynamics 365 solutions, including:
Data model design
Applications
Forms, views, and dashboards
Workflows and business process flows
JavaScript using Client API
Entities, security roles, and configurations
Develop using C# and .NET, including:
Dynamics 365 SDK
Plugins
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
