Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Technical Senior Project Manager
Location: Greater Noida
Work Mode: 5 days' work from office mandatory

We at Coforge hiring a Senior Project manager with the following skillset:
- Ability to handle multiple large scale Microsoft Dynamics implementation projects.
- Proven experience in full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
- Skilled in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Project and other Microsoft Office tools.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel onsite when required.
- Extensive experience with CRM implementations (preferably MS D365).
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Experience working with global clients.
- Define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resources.
- Monitor progress, risks, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Track costs and maintain budget compliance.
- Lead cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Act as primary client contact and build strong relationships.
- Conduct workshops, requirements sessions, and project updates.
- Oversee CRM upgrades, integrations, and data migrations.
- Ensure best practices and quality standards.
- Manage environments and releases.
- Provide regular status updates and post-project evaluations.
- Handle contracts and vendor deliverables.
