We at Coforge hiring a Senior Project manager with the following skillset:

• Ability to handle multiple large scale Microsoft Dynamics implementation projects.
• Proven experience in full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Skilled in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Project and other Microsoft Office tools.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel onsite when required.
• Extensive experience with CRM implementations (preferably MS D365).
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Experience working with global clients.
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resources.
• Monitor progress, risks, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Track costs and maintain budget compliance.
• Lead cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Act as primary client contact and build strong relationships.
• Conduct workshops, requirements sessions, and project updates.
• Oversee CRM upgrades, integrations, and data migrations.
• Ensure best practices and quality standards.
• Manage environments and releases.
• Provide regular status updates and post-project evaluations.
• Handle contracts and vendor deliverables.
