**Microsoft Licensing Specialist**
** SoftwareOne**
Scope: Full-time | Software & Cloud Marketplace Delivery | Location: MX City
This role is hard-working and focused about internal and external customer service and support.
**How a Day-To-Day would look like in this role**:
- Quotations: Request quotes and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle a high volume of vendor cases.
- Organize cases and follow up with internal clients (AMS, Presales) and external vendors.
- Maintain up-to-date brand knowledge.
- Manage vendor relationship.
What we need to see from you:
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Systems, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- Understanding of the end-to-end process of vendor management, from request to case closure.
- Advanced English is a must (B2+).
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
- Committed to process and SLA compliance.
**Desired Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of Microsoft products and licensing.
- Experience in Customer - facing roles.
