Job Description
e are seeking a Microsoft 365 Migration Analyst to plan, execute, and support migrations from on‑premises or legacy environments to Microsoft 365 . This includes mailbox migrations, SharePoint/OneDrive data migration, Teams adoption, and ensuring smooth user transition with minimal disruption. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with M365 tools, migration utilities, and strong troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Migration Planning & Assessment
- Conduct discovery and assessment of existing environments (Exchange, SharePoint, file servers, messaging tools).
- Analyze mailbox size, distribution groups, retention policies, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare migration strategy, timelines, and risk assessments.
2. Microsoft 365 Migration Execution
- Perform migrations using tools like:
- Exchange Hybrid migration (Cutover, Staged, Hybrid)
