This TEKsystems Customer is looking for a desktop support technician to support medical staff at their NE locations.
*Top Skills' Details**- outstanding customer service...this person will be working with medical staff to support their IT needs.*
- hardware break/fix, including cable management, swapping out parts of devices, and setting up workstations
- within AD, creating accounts for O365 and Duo or unlocking accounts
- troubleshooting Windows OS issues
- configuring, installing, and troubleshooting application issues
- basic imaging of computers, they have this most automated but will need to troubleshoot issues before escalating.
This role will be based primarily in Gainesville, but may need to drive to Duluth and Braselton for coverage as needed.
730/8-430pm shift
