- +2 years of experience in Cobol ;
- Experience with IBM Mainframe (z/OS) ;
- Competences with TN3270 or Poeme , and debug tools ;
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation;
- Good understanding of developing new features and enhance existing ones in COBOL , ensuring they meet business and user requirements;
- Strong skills with business processes and workflows;
- Experience with monitoring batch processes and ensuring correct execution;
- Strong skills with unit and integration testing , including related documentation;
- Proficiency in English
