Job Title: (Mid-level) Interior Designer

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Interior Designer with 6–8 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or Interior Design and be skilled in all aspects of design, from concept development to construction. While workplace design experience is preferable, we seek individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong foundation in design and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing interior design concepts for corporate offices and commercial spaces
- Prepare space planning layouts, furniture plans, and basic zoning options
- Develop mood boards, material palettes, and finishes in line with brand guidelines
- Produce design drawings (plans, elevations, sections) using Auto CAD / Revit / Sketch Up
- Coordinate with senior designers, project managers, and consultants
- Support in client presentations and design revisions based on feedback
- Assist in vendor coordination for materials, furniture, and samples
- Ensure designs comply with basic building codes, safety standards, and workplace norms
- Participate in site visits to understand execution requirements and resolve design queries
- Maintain proper documentation for design approvals and issue drawings
Qualifications and Skills:
- A degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 5–8 years of experience in design, preferably with exposure to workplace projects.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Power Point, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of design processes, engineering principles, and project management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Highly organized, hardworking, and team-oriented.
