Implementation & Training :

• Project Implementation from Kick-Off to Go Live
• Requirement Gathering & Business Process Mapping
• System Setup, Configuration & Implementation
• FRD Documentation
• End-User Training

Helpdesk & Support Activities :

• Attend to Inbound & Outbound Helpdesk requests via Email & Phone etc
• Post Implementation Support
• Ability to develop loyal, ongoing relationships with customers
• Maintain high degree of customer engagement and satisfaction
• Responsible for retention and up-selling to current clients
• Diligently follow-up on renewal of Annual Maintenance Plans
