Job Description

The Mid-Level purchasing assistant will be supporting the organization's supply chain and procurement operations by helping to source, order, and manage the inventory of goods and services.
•Maintaining the right amount of inventory to minimize surplus while averting shortages.
•Execute purchasing data entry
•Follow up on claims

•Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, invoices, and contracts. Preparing and analyzing financial report



Qualifications and Skills:

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields

•Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

•Computer knowledge (MSFT Office, ERP, Internet Use

Working Conditions:
•Full time presence on site is required

•Requires sitting for a long period of time and using a computer
•NSSF registration provided after probation

•Flexible working schedule provided when needed
