Mid level ran optimization engineer (2g/4g/5g multivendor) - home office

We are looking for a MidLevel RAN Optimization Engineer to support a large multivendor optimization program for a UK operator. The role is fully remote from Brazil, working under the guidance of senior technical leadership and collaborating with optimization, DT, planning, and performance teams.

The engineer will focus on handson execution of optimization tasks, performance analysis, drive test postprocessing, Atoll simulations, and customer complaint investigations.

RAN Optimization & KPI Analysis

Perform daytoday optimization activities across 2G/4G/5G
Analyze KPIs, identify degradations, and propose corrective actions
Support parameter tuning and feature validation under senior supervision
Contribute to cluster optimization and acceptance activities

Drive Test PostProcessing

Analyze DT logs (XCap)
Identify issues related to coverage, quality, mobility, and throughput
Prepare reports and recommendations for senior engine...
