Job Description
We are looking for a Mid‑Level RAN Optimization Engineer to support a large multi‑vendor optimization program for a UK operator. The role is fully remote from Brazil, working under the guidance of senior technical leadership and collaborating with optimization, DT, planning, and performance teams.
The engineer will focus on hands‑on execution of optimization tasks, performance analysis, drive test post‑processing, Atoll simulations, and customer complaint investigations.
RAN Optimization & KPI Analysis
Perform day‑to‑day optimization activities across 2G/4G/5G
Analyze KPIs, identify degradations, and propose corrective actions
Support parameter tuning and feature validation under senior supervision
Contribute to cluster optimization and acceptance activities
Drive Test Post‑Processing
Analyze DT logs (XCap)
Identify issues related to coverage, quality, mobility, and throughput
Prepare reports and recommendations for senior engineers and field teams
