We are looking for a skilled SAP Support Specialist to join our team, providing Level 2 and 3 support to users across Latin America. In this role, you will collaborate with module teams to deliver high-quality solutions, manage incidents and problems, and monitor system performance and availability. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining essential service documentation.

  • Proven experience with SAP R/3 - ABAP.
  • Proficiency in ABAP development tools and techniques for code reading, error analysis, coding, debugging, and testing.
  • Solid knowledge of classic and ALV reports, enhancements, forms (SmartForms), BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, IDOCs, User Exits, and Web Services.
  • Technical professional with a background in Information Technology, specifically in the SAP area, with knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).
