We are looking for a skilled SAP Support Specialist to join our team, providing Level 2 and 3 support to users across Latin America. In this role, you will collaborate with module teams to deliver high‑quality solutions, manage incidents and problems, and monitor system performance and availability. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining essential service documentation.

Qualificações

  • Proven experience with SAP R/3 - ABAP.
  • Proficiency in ABAP development tools and techniques for code reading, error analysis, coding, debugging, and testing.
  • Solid knowledge of classic and ALV reports, enhancements, forms (SmartForms), BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, IDOCs, User Exits, and Web Services.
  • Technical professional with a background in Information Technology, specifically in the SAP area, with knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).
