At ITT, we are looking for aMid/Senior (5 years of relevant experience) Analytics Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating analytics dashboards, developing and maintaining data pipelines, building data models and designing analytics solutions that help the business make data-driven decisions. This position offers the unique opportunity to work with modern cloud data technologies, enabling you to have a comprehensive impact on the organization’s data strategy.

+ Identifyproblems, explore potential solutions, evaluate theirfeasibilityand make informed decisions to address the issues
+ Lead analytics projects frominceptionto completion
+ Build interactive dashboards and reportsusing Power BI toprovideactionableinsights
+ Analyze complex data sets toidentifytrends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
+ Participate in the definition of best practices,standardsand optimization techniques to enhance the BI solutions
+ Be part of the developmentand maintenance ofclouddata pipelinesthat ingest, clean, transform, and store data from various internal and externalsources
+ Ensure data quality and governancepractices are followed throughout the datalifecycle
+ Work withSQL, Python,and Azure Datatechnologies(specifically Microsoft Fabric)
+ Collaborateon a multinational cross-functional environmentwith business units to design self-service analytics solutions,enabling users to create their own reports andanalyses
+ Stayup to datewith the latest trendsindataanalytics, continuously improving tools, processes, and best practicesonAzure
**Position Requirements**
+ 5+years of experience indataanalytics, or a similar role
+ Extensiveexperience in data modelingfor reporting and analytics usecases
+ Proficiencyindata visualization tools, more specifically Power BIwith a focus on designing user-friendlydashboards
+ Solid knowledge ofSQLandPython for data processing, data analysisanddata science
+ Hands-on experience with clouddataplatforms,preferably Azure
+ Proventrack recordofleadinganalytics projects frominceptionto completion
+ Proficiencyin evaluating and selectingappropriate technologiesand methodologies to ensureoptimalproject outcomes
+ Demonstrated ability to design and propose solutions to meet project requirements, including data engineering and analytical tools such as Power BI, FabricDataflowsand otherenterprise tools
+ Experience working in agile development environmentsandbea collaborative teamplayer
+ A team-oriented mindset and a passion for data-driven innovation
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with version control tools (git), working in dev and productionenvironmentsis considered a plus
+ Familiarity with data warehousing concepts
+ Familiarity withdata governance practicesto ensure data accuracy, consistency, andsecurity
+ Exposure to data science conceptsforanalyticswill be considered aplus
+ Strong communicationand presentation skills
Education:
+ Bachelor’s Degreein Computer Science,STEMorarelated field
+ Data Analytics, DataScience or DataEngineering certifications/bootcamps/Master’sdegreearea plus
