  • Can implement fix for high priority issues
  • Writes APIs
  • Can suggest process to improve work
  • Can analyze business rules
  • Ability to investigate on reported bugs even when only general details are provided
  • Mentors juniors and peers
  • Can act as technical lead when needed
  • Can work on complicated functionalities such as download, upload etc.
  • Understands the deployment process
  • Leads a small team
