Middle Compensation and Benefits Specialist

BrainRocket is a global company building tech products for Fintech, iGaming and Marketing. We’re seeking a skilled Middle Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team to attract, retain and reward top talent.

• Manage and coordinate various benefits, including Health Insurance, sports and education reimbursements, overtime payments.
• Organize and supervise the company’s vehicle fleet, controlling usage, booking and write‑offs.
• Consult employees on school and educational program choices and assist with reimbursement for employees’ children’s education.
• Administer the mobile‑phone program for employees, setting conditions and controlling expenses.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure timely provision of all entitled benefits.
• Ensure transparent communication on benefits and compensation matters and resolve ongoing employee inquiries.
