Role Title: Middle East Sales Controller
Reports to: Business Controller
Role Type: Individual Contributor with multiple stakeholders' management
Location: Chinchwad, Pune
As an active member of the sub-region management team, you will:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver actionable insights.
- Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and working capital.
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes in coordination with the regional controlling team.
- Hold a key role in the finance organization of SKF Eurotrade AB, providing instrumental support to FOC in monthly and annual closings as well as statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control standards.
- Act as Finance Manager for selected smaller legal entities, such as SKF Pakistan, SKF Egypt, and SKF Saudi Arabia
- Oversee credit management across the sub-region.
- Continuously challenge and improve existing processes to promote standardization and efficiency.
- Qualified CA – 1st / 2nd Attempt qualified / MBA from Premium Institute
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a Finance function.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent business acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international setting.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with SKF systems and reporting is an advantage ; particularly with platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, BPC and SDW
- A collaborative team player with strong communication and networking skills.
- Open-minded, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
