Overview

GlobalLogic is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter (Advanced English) to provide ongoing Talent Acquisition support across the organization in Latam. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage recruitment processes independently in a fast-paced, international environment. This role requires a proactive, organized, and creative recruiter who partners closely with delivery teams to attract, engage, and hire top IT talent while contributing to GlobalLogic’s employer brand and recruitment strategy.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, managing recruitment processes independently
