Middle/Junior Designer

Joyhood is a new Brand Presence creative boutique. Based in NY and Lima, where brands, art, and soul meet. We build identities and experiences that feel alive, for clients who care deeply about beauty, meaning, and connection.

Now we're looking for a designer, not just any designer, someone with that spark that turns visuals into feelings. You know, the kind of person who sees grids as rhythm, typography as tone, and color as emotion.

You:

Have 2+ years of experience creating beautiful things that work.

Move confidently across Adobe, Canva, and Figma.

Big plus if you edit video or animate. We love people who make ideas move.

Are curious, sensitive to detail, and obsessed with crafting things that feel right.
