We are looking for a motivated **Middle Manual Tester** to join our QA team and help ensure the quality of our products and services. In this role, you will perform case reviews, assist in quality audits, and contribute to identifying and resolving QA challenges. - Conduct case reviews to ensure quality standards are met in alignment with KPIs and SLAs
- Support audits by analyzing findings and contributing to action plans for improvement
- Assist in tracking and resolving QA issues, ensuring closure of identified challenges
- Collaborate with the team to maintain case accuracy and high CSAT scores
- Identify and report QA challenge areas, contributing to team improvement initiatives
- Provide support for quality-related feedback and follow-ups through case flagger tools
