About The Role
We are seeking a Middle Office Operations Lead with project and stakeholder management experience to support our transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
Lead and manage BAU middle office operations, ensuring daily deliverables are met with accuracy and timeliness.
Act as an operational escalation point, resolving issues efficiently and proactively.
Identify operational risks and drive problem‑solving initiatives to maintain service quality.
Leadership & Team Management
Provide strong people leadership to the BAU operations team, maintaining performance and engagement during the cover period.
Support team development and ensure processes are followed consistently.
