• 3+ years of commercial experience;
• Understanding of Sales and Service Cloud functionality.
• Objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules creation and management.
• Experience configuring automation using Flows.
• User and Permission management experience.
• Knowledge of data management tools.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English (B2+).
