Middle/senior Communications Manager

**What you will do**
- Work closely with the CEO and a team to identify innovation and campaign opportunities to tell consumer-focused stories;
- Develop a deep understanding of the housing market in order to identify newsworthy themes, trends, topics, data points to proactively share with the media;
- Recommend marketing and public relations opportunities;
- Expand/build on existing relationships with national and local real estate and economic press on behalf of WOW
- Realty through regular touch points;
- Oversee communications for new products, events, and special promotions;
- Develop marketing and communication strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty;
- Serve as a company spokesperson and first point of contact for consumer and media inquiries;
- Identify opportunities for WOW Realty to insert its point of view into news of the day.
