We are looking for an experienced Middleware / WebSphere Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in IBM WebSphere, Apache/IHS, Tomcat, Linux, and IIS to manage enterprise-scale middleware environments and support 24×7 production systems.

Mandatory Skills
IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS 6.x–9.x): Installation, configuration, clustering, node management, JVM tuning, patching, migrations, DR
Apache / IBM HTTP Server (IHS): Installation, SSL management, integration with WebSphere (mod_jk / mod_proxy)
Tomcat: Installation, administration, WAR deployments, performance tuning
Linux (RHEL): Troubleshooting, performance monitoring, daily operations
IIS: Installation, configuration, application hosting, issue resolution
