Role Overview

We are looking for a Multimedia Middleware Engineer with strong hands-on experience in video and audio frameworks. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of multimedia pipelines, camera integration, and low-level system programming.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain multimedia middleware components

•Work on video and audio frameworks for embedded / Android / Linux-based systems

•Integrate and optimize multimedia components such as camera, audio, and video pipelines

•Debug and resolve performance, latency, and stability issues in multimedia systems

•Collaborate with platform, application, and hardware teams for end-to-end multimedia solutions

Technical Skills Required

•Strong experience in Multimedia Middleware development

•Hands-on experience with Video and Audio frameworks

•Exposure to Stagefright, GStreamer, and Camera integration

•Strong proficiency in C programming

•Good understanding of Operating System concepts (Linux/Android)

•Basic working knowledge of C++

•Experience in debugging low-level multimedia and system issues

Preferred Skills

•Experience working on embedded or Android multimedia stacks

•Knowledge of multimedia codecs and streaming pipelines

•Familiarity with performance optimization and memory management

Education

BE / BTech / ME / MTech in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields
