As the Birth Suite Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the effective operational, clinical, and strategic management of the unit. Your role will include:

Accountability for the efficient and effective management of human, financial, and material resources;

Providing strong clinical leadership, mentorship, and professional support to nursing and midwifery staff;

Fostering a culture of excellence in woman-centred care;

Promoting a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture;

Collaborating with VMOs and senior leaders to achieve excellence in patient outcomes;
