MIES TECHNICIAN

MIES technician needs to set up and deploy Manufacturing Execution System (MES) which are IT enabled systems that provide solutions for improving and optimizing the manufacturing process to the production floor and support IT department in deploying and setup devices in production.

• Train and supervise users / operators / leaders to equip them with knowledge on using MES in shop floor.
• Able to instruct operators to follow MES WI and perform simple device maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on MES systems to prevent production downtime.
• Provide and manage production support for MES and SAP and perform maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and simulate MES programs to ensure smooth installation and transition before go-live.
• Attend to operator / production additional requirements and feedback for MES Engineer to drive improvements.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Engineer based on work orders.
