Role Description
Responsible for Client Specific Migration team(s), this role will ensure the team are adhering to the migration strategy, reporting in line with FNZ governance and delivering commitments on time and to quality. Helping to establish standards and best practices for migration delivery across all FNZ products and technologies.
Key Activities
Day-to-day leadership, mentoring and growth of the Canadian migration team
Be an active member of the Global delivery and C&M teams, and contribute to setting and executing the strategic plans for all regions
Mentoring and coaching Client Specific migration project management team
Ensuring delivery of assigned Canadian Client migrations projects to time, quality and budget
Supporting the FNZ sales team and project teams in feasibility phases, including estimates and ATLAS workshops
