Job Description

  • performing all team assignments
  • maintaining housekeeping
  • starting, running and shut down HTST
  • monitoring equipment controls, butterfat, product temperatures, and make adjustments as needed
  • recording daily production activity and regulatory information
  • perform basic mechanical adjustments
  • cleaning and sanitizing HTST, support equipment, and tanks
  • interacting with staff, associates, and regulatory personnel
  • other duties as assigned
