Mill Services Superintendent

Description The Opportunity
 We are seeking Mill Services Superintendent to support our Client's Whitby plant. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Mill Services Superintendent will organize and direct all safety, quality, and productivity requirements for the department, focusing on Effluent treatment and Boiler systems with the Boiler Chief and Production Engineer as direct reports working in conjunction with the Maintenance Planners and other indirect reports.
 
 What you'll do
 * Focus on TPM (total productive manufacturing) working as a team completing RCAs to eliminate failure points and driving towards our environmental compliance and uptime goals.
 * Leadership & Operational Oversight
 * Supervise effluent treatment operators, power engineers, and utility personnel.
