About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mill Supervisor – Process Erection & Commissioning with strong hands-on expertise in the process commissioning and start-up of FLSmidth Vertical Roller Mills (ATOX / OK Mills) and Ball Mills. This is a project-focused role, responsible for leading and supervising process-related activities during erection support, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, performance testing, and handover to operations, ensuring safe execution and achievement of design and performance targets.

Provide process oversight during erection and installation of FLSmidth VRM and Ball Mill systems, ensuring process requirements and OEM recommendations are correctly implemented.
