Responsible of setting the machine to meet the First Article base on the customer print, tolerance, and dimensions.
Responsible of assisting the Machine operator to meet their goals.
Responsible to edit program to suit different machines will be preferred
Operates Computer Numerical Control (CNC) vertical mills Fanuc Controls , DMG controls would be a plus.
Works closely with the Production Planner to meet the plan
Work with the Engineers to achieve Continuous Improvement of parts to improve the cycle time.
Align the goals with the Production Manager / Supervisor.
