Position Summary:

Martin Marietta is seeking a highly skilled and certified Journeyman Millwright to join our maintenance team at the Midlothian Cement Plant. This role demands extreme precision and technical expertise in setting, aligning, fine-tuning, and balancing industrial motors and rotating equipment in raw mills, finish mills, and kiln. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the reliability and performance of our plant’s core mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, align, and balance large industrial motors, gearboxes, and rotating equipment to exact specifications using laser alignment tools and dial indicators, apply numeracy to take accurate measurements using precision instruments.
