The Electrician is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation and upkeep of production equipment in a valve manufacturing environment. This includes CNC machines, screw machines, transfer machines, and associated automation systems. This role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical/PLC issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on CNC machines, transfer machines, screw machines, and other auxiliary equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
+ Diagnose and resolve PLC-related issues, including input/output faults, sensor problems, and communication errors.
