MILLWRIGHT – SOUTH BEND, INDIANA

Pay: $28–$32 per hour (DOE)

Hours: 45–55 per week, with some Saturdays require

Location: South Bend, Indiana

Position Overview:

We are hiring a skilled Millwright to install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery in the South Bend area.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, experience reading blueprints, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

  • Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and machining tools

  • Perform machinery alignment, calibration, and preventative maintenance

  • Work flexible hours including overtime and some Saturdays
