Millwright Supervisor
? Location: Kansas City, KS (working in the Kansas City area)
? Job Type: Full-Time
? Pay Rate: $32–$36 per hour (DOE)
? Per Diem: $90 per day (must meet requirements)
Schedule: 55–65 hours per week, most Saturdays required
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Millwright Supervisor / Superintendent to lead industrial maintenance and installation projects in the Kansas City area. This role is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating daily work activities, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within scope. The ideal candidate combines strong technical millwright expertise with proven leadership and project coordination experience.
