We are hiring reliable and hands-on Personal Support Workers to provide in-home care to clients with complex physical needs.

This role requires strong responsibility, physical capability, and strict adherence to client safety standards from the first shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal care (changing, hygiene, repositioning)

• Safe use of mobility equipment (e.g. Hoyer lift)

• Monitoring client condition and reporting concerns

• Light housekeeping related to client care

• Following care plans, safety rules, and duty-of-care requirements at all times

Requirements

• PSW certificate or equivalent training

• Hands-on experience with personal care and repositioning

• Ability to safely assist with body repositioning and transfers
