Tasks

About the Role

As a Mindset & Performance Consultant, you will work with a diverse portfolio of senior professionals, business leaders, executives and entrepreneurs across international markets. This role focuses on enhancing leadership capability, communication effectiveness, strategic thinking, emotional intelligence and overall performance through structured coaching, advisory and development methodologies.

You will deliver high‑quality consulting engagements that strengthen executive presence, decision‑making, resilience, productivity and leadership effectiveness. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility, independence and the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing global organization in the personal and leadership development sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver mindset, performance and leadership coaching to senior professionals, executives and entrepreneurs


• Support clients in navigating complex business challenges, improving decision‑making and strengthening leadership capability


• Facilitate development in productivity, resilience, emotional intelligence, communication and performance optimization


• Maintain strong, long‑term client relationships and ensure a high‑quality, high‑touch client experience


• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance coaching methodologies, tools, frameworks and program content


• Champion your own personal growth and leadership development while representing Living Infinitely’s programs and values

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, consulting, HR, business strategy or related fields


• Proven experience working with senior leaders, executives, high‑performance teams or corporate clients


• Exceptional communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level


• Demonstrated ability to guide clients through mindset shifts, behavioral change and performance improvement


• High emotional intelligence, professionalism and personal accountability


• Ability to work independently in a remote, results‑driven environment while contributing to a collaborative global team


• Strong commitment to continuous learning, leadership development and personal growth
