Mine Infrastructure Superintendent

We are looking for a Superintendent to manage a small team ensuring the reliability and availability of a surface and underground mines associated infrastructure assets and equipment. You will have the capability to provide direction to multidisciplinary teams within the Non Process Infrastrucutre (NPI) maintenance scope.

This is an ongoing role and can be casual or through your own ABN/Business.

• Experience safely leading a maintenance team through planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
• Set and clearly communicate targets and expectations aligned with the departments values.
• Ability to lead coach and mentor employees to deliver on plan and build a highly functional team.
• Sound experience with contract and contractor management.
• High level of organisational skills able to meet deadlines whilst managing multiple work fronts.
• Current Australian C class manual drivers licence.
