Mine Site Accountant

We are partnering with a well-established mining operation in Emerald seeking an experienced Mine Site Accountant to join their on-site finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with operations, delivering accurate financial reporting, proactive cost control, and supporting continuous business improvement across the site.

This is a hands-on accounting role, ideal for someone who enjoys being embedded on-site and partnering directly with operational leaders to influence commercial outcomes.

About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Superintendent, you will support all key site finance activities, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, and financial analysis. You’ll act as a trusted business partner to department managers, helping them understand cost performance and drive accountability.
