Mini Load Assistant Manager

OVERVIEW:

Find your future at Fastenal! Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to work in our fast pace warehouse! Working as Full-time Mini Load Assistant Manager, you will assist in managing the Mini Load Picking department. After a branch places an order, the Mini Load Picking department is responsible for picking the requested quantity using a small parts automated goods to person system. Then, packing the order, printing a label with a routing number and sending the product to the Sortation department. You will motivate and provide leadership to team members to ensure day-to-day operations are completed safely, accurately, efficiently and on time.
